Blog Post 2

As stated in my last post, I will be going with my topic on what makes the best university homepage. Through some review, I have decided that I will be focusing on a couple things in my search for what will make the best homepage:

  1. Layout & Design
  2. Accessibility
  3. Quality
  4. Mobile Compatibility
I will be evaluating 6 university websites and will be evaluating each and taking note of reoccurring designs, formats, themes, etc.

  1. Hi Owen! Great post! I think your sources will be a great benefit to your research. I also think it is smart how you narrowed down what you will be focusing on.

  2. Question #5: Sources 1, 2, and 4 seem to be the most important sources that I gathered in this list. I feel their commentary and research on the topic of web design and accessibility will be very helpful in continuing my research. Accessibility is going to be an important topic as it is very important for everyone to be able to consume the content of a website.
