 In my capstone class, I have decided that I want to do my project on “How to Create the Best University Homepage.” I got the idea for this project through my job working for Web Services here on campus. As a web team, we are working on rebranding the home page so it can better compete with other big universities in Utah (like U of U, BYU, and Utah State). With my project I want to evaluate what makes each university’s website so strong and effective in marketing to prospective students. One of my previous topics that I was considering discussing the best practices on writing game guides (walkthrough guides for video games).
